Ferrari F50 sells for $5.5 million at auction; A new record!

A 1995 Ferrari F50 has been offered for $5.5 million at RM Sotheby’s Monterey public sale. This makes it the most costly F50 offered at an public sale.

The Ferrari F50 provided was chassis no. 103921. It was the forty seventh F50 constructed by Maranello and was certainly one of simply 55 delivered to the US. The automotive was delivered to Houston, TX.

This F50 began life as a Rosso Corsa automotive and was later repainted in Azzurro California. It was restored to its authentic spec by Ferrari of Houston earlier than being offered to actor Nicolas Cage in 2004. The automotive obtained its third Platinum award on the Cavallino Basic Palm Seaside in 2023.
