Mercedes-AMG Mythos PureSpeed enters final development phase

Earlier this 12 months, Mercedes-Benz revealed the Mythos PureSpeed, a speedster primarily based on the SL roadster. Now, the automaker has shared pictures of the prototype because it enters the ultimate levels of improvement.

The Mercedes-AMG Mythos PureSpeed is a restricted version speedster with a design impressed by the AMG-One hypercar. It has the so-called “shark nostril” entrance finish, with typical speedster-style roll hoops on the rear and a System 1-like halo over the cockpit. The rear options smooth horizontal taillights and an aggressive diffuser with quad exhausts.

The Mythos PureSpeed is predicted to be powered by a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine from the SL roadsters. Manufacturing might be restricted to simply 250 models.
