Ex-Koenigsegg designer Sasha Selipanov has lastly revealed his newest creation – the bespoke Nilu27 hypercar. It would make its public debut through the Monterey Automotive Week, later this month.
The Nilu27 hypercar has been designed and constructed from the bottom up. Its design was impressed by Formulation 1 vehicles from the Nineteen Sixties and American muscle vehicles. It has a smooth, aerodynamic look that blends trendy surfaces with design parts from some iconic supercars of the previous.
The Nilu27 has a glass cover with gullwing doorways. The mid-mounted V12 engine and drivetrain are utterly uncovered to the weather with little bodywork round them. A triple exhaust sits within the centre with a large diffuser beneath it.
The Nilu27 hypercar is powered by a 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12 engine developed by New Zealand-based Hartley Engines. It produces 1070 hp @ 11,000 rpm and 634 lb-ft of torque at 7000 rpm. The engine is mated to a 7-speed handbook transmission.
When it comes to efficiency, the Nilu27 has a claimed prime velocity of 249 mph and might dash from 0-62 mph in below 3 seconds.
The automotive encompasses a double-wishbone pushrod suspension and rides on 20-inch entrance and 21-inch solid aluminium wheels, shod with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires. Brakes come within the type of carbon ceramics from Brembo.
